Accessibility statement
Everyone should be able to read a fix or compare apps, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the site.
What we do
- Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast in both the light and dark themes. Our teal "checked on" badge uses a darker shade of teal for its text so it stays readable.
- Every page has a skip link, one main heading and a logical heading order.
- Menus, dropdowns, the search panel and our tools work with a keyboard. Escape closes menus and returns focus.
- Images carry text alternatives; decorative artwork is hidden from screen readers.
- Wide tables scroll sideways on small screens instead of breaking the layout, and can be reached by keyboard.
- The site respects your system's reduced-motion and dark-mode settings and loads no third-party scripts unless you accept analytics.
Known limitations
- Site search and the tools need JavaScript. Without it, you can still browse every guide by section and by app.
- This statement is new and we have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on AITried is hard to use, email hello@aitriedhq.com with the page and what happened. We will try to fix it, and if we cannot fix it quickly we will get you the information another way.
