Corrections and reporting an error
AI apps change their prices, rules and features constantly. When we get something wrong or it goes out of date, we want to know.
Report an error
Email hello@aitriedhq.com with:
- the address of the page,
- what is wrong or out of date, and
- if you can, a link to the official page that shows the correct information.
Companies are welcome to report factual errors about their own products in the same way. A correction request never buys a change in a verdict; we check the facts and update what the evidence supports.
What happens next
- We check the claim against the official source, usually within a few working days.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page, update its checked-on date, and add a dated line to its "What changed in this guide" box describing the correction.
- If the change is significant, for example a price, an age rule or a safety fact, we say so plainly in that entry rather than quietly editing the text.
- If we think the page is right, we reply and explain why.
How updates are shown
Every guide shows when it was published and, where relevant, a teal Checked on badge giving the date its facts were last verified. Guides that have been updated carry a dated change log, and app hubs merge those logs into one timeline, so you can see what changed for each app at a glance.
What we do not do
- We do not delete criticism of a product because the company asks.
- We do not backdate changes.
- We do not remove a correction note once it is published.
